The Business:
Founded in 1946, Robins & Morton is a general contractor specializing in complex healthcare, commercial, education and industrial projects.

The Challenge:
Robins & Morton was looking upgrade improve their internal and external communications to gain additional efficiencies by upgrading two sites to VoIP phone systems. The key to this initiative was to upgrade without any increase to the existing budget.

The Solution:
ICS, Inc. was able to negotiate with Robins & Morton current carrier service provider to reduce their monthly spend enough to offset the cost of the 2 new VoIP phone systems. In addition, ICS negotiated to increase the bandwidth at key locations and deployed SIP telephony at no additional cost, which improved voice and data communications. ICS, Inc. implemented the entire project and continues to provide on-going managed services to augment Robins and Morton's communication efforts.

The Results:
Robins & Morton, was able to reduce their current budget slightly while improving their internal and external communications. The two VoIP phone systems have improved productivity and improved overall efficiencies by utilizing the "find me follow me" functionality as well as unified messaging. The increased bandwidth has also assisted Robins & Morton enhance their sales results, and improve overall employee productivity.
